Job Summary
Onsite Site Trainer responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff training at the site(s) under management, including New Hire Orientation, Annual Recertification, Essential Subjects, and On-The-Job Training; audits staff records for compliance with licensing regulations and ROP standards; maintains training documentation and prepares required reports; conducts site tours and may supervise other training staff; requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of related experience, and instructor certifications (CPR/First Aid, PPC, Crisis Intervention Techniques, Suicide Prevention, Treatment Topics, Essential Subjects, and JIREH if required); must be able to pass background checks, drug screen, physical and TB test; must be able to work over 40 hours per week and maintain confidentiality; strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to implement policy and program procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- One year of related experience
- Instructor certifications: CPR/First Aid, PPC, Crisis Intervention Techniques, Suicide Prevention, Treatment Topics, Essential Subjects and JIREH certified (if required)
- Familiar with ROP procedures, policies, and program implementation
- Working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture program
- Ability to pass background checks and screenings
- Able to work in excess of 40 hours per week
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
