Job Summary

Onsite Technology Support role managing an onsite team of 3, with direct VIP support for the CEO and Executive Committee (about 10 people in total). Responsibilities include support for O365 tools and endpoints (PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, Android), and Executive Committee meeting rooms (BYOD and MTR). Day-to-day support will be provided in French, with potential English communication for N2/N3 staff. On-site hours are 9:00-18:00, Monday to Friday. Required experience includes 5-10 years, supporting senior executives, O365 administration, Windows and Mac, iOS/Android, Meeting Room setups (MTR/BYOD), Active Directory, device enrollment, OS patching, MFA, password changes, and Intune. Prior experience working with the CEO and Executive Committee of a large organization is required.

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives and Executive Committee
  • O365 from a user and Level 1 administration perspective
