Job Summary
Support healthcare systems across multiple Chicago hospital locations by resolving technical issues for SONIFI products, including high-speed internet, satellite TV, and RF systems. Drive a company vehicle to travel between sites while providing on-site guidance to customer staff and building relationships with stakeholders. Maintain a valid driver's license and adapt to changing priorities as part of a required on-call rotation involving occasional overtime and weekend work. This role offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $26 to $34, plus PTO, health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
