Onsite Technician(RF/Systems)

Onsite Technician (RF/Systems) in Boston, MA supporting SONIFI's patient engagement and entertainment solutions in a healthcare environment. Install and maintain headend equipment and software, in-room equipment, and distribution systems. Perform hardware and software updates, preventative maintenance, and inventory/warranty management. Log defects in a formal case management system, diagnose and resolve issues, and act as incident owner for escalated problems. Train client staff as needed and complete required client trainings. Adhere to environmental, health, and safety procedures and complete related administrative tasks including timecards and work orders. This role is onsite Monday–Friday, day shift with some flexibility; occasional overtime may be required. Strong communication, ability to work in a healthcare setting, and proficiency with Microsoft products and Salesforce are preferred.
