Job Summary
Provide on-site technical user support through a professional walk-in center and on-site visits, including first- and second-level Windows client support, remote support for users and technicians, and management of Endpoint/MDM; handle staging/image loading and managed deployments; support conference rooms and AV equipment; perform asset clearing and documentation in the asset management system; coordinate hardware repairs with external service providers; manage warehousing and logistics for shipping and remote locations; requires shift work and on-call availability; English proficiency required; German skills are a plus; valid work permit/visa for Germany; ITIL certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an on-site technician or in hardware and software support
- Strong skills in troubleshooting Windows client environments (on-premises)
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure topics (e.g., networks, cabling, patching)
- Strong service orientation, ability to work in a team, and a proactive approach
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1); German skills are a plus
- Willingness to work shifts and be on call
- Valid work permit/visa for Germany
- ITIL certification is a plus
