Job Summary

Onsite Support Engineer providing Level 1 desktop and peripheral support at the client site in Seoul, plus remote troubleshooting, IT asset lifecycle management, configuration and support of Microsoft Office 365/Outlook, setup and troubleshooting of Audio/Visual and video conferencing equipment for meetings, and performing system installations, upgrades, and patching for Windows and macOS environments. Maintains accurate inventory and documentation per ITIL processes and retains ownership of tickets from escalation to resolution. Requires 1–2 years of hands-on experience in desktop support or similar role; strong English and Korean communication; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time-management and multitasking skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, helpdesk, or similar technical role
  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows and macOS
  • Basic working knowledge of Linux is an advantage
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of desktop hardware and software configurations
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Korean (written and verbal)
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users at all levels
  • Effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose issues logically and provide timely, effective solutions
