Job Summary
Distribution Operator III is responsible for order processing functions such as picking, packing and shipping pharmaceutical orders to sales reps, wholesalers, and retailers. The role rotates through a variety of related duties, emphasizes safety, receiving/shipping, storage, cycle counting, adherence to SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices, and contributes to process improvements. Individual duties include maintaining safety, following QA/QHW/Environmental policies, operating various warehouse systems (WMS, SAP/Exacta, RF scanners), completing order processing in the warehouse inventory system, cross-training for multiple assignments, and collaborating with clients and management to ensure quality and timely fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of distribution warehouse experience
- Experience with SAP Exacta Warehouse Management system (SAP/S4P/Exacta)
- Experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks (Swing reach truck, Stand up, cherry picker, Rider pallet jack, Sit-down)
- Experience with an electronic warehouse management system (EWM) such as SAP, Exacta and RF scanners
