Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Concierge professionals across assigned hospital units while monitoring service requests through a proprietary mobile application. Build strong partnerships with nursing leadership to ensure seamless communication and operational support. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to team members. Manage staff workload to maintain appropriate unit coverage and track operational metrics to uphold high standards of service quality and efficiency. Foster a positive, hospitality-focused culture for patients, visitors, and hospital staff. Remain actively engaged in daily operations as a hands-on leader, regularly walking 25,000 or more steps during a shift.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency with scheduling, communication, and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- A passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional service in a healthcare setting
