The Onsite Supervisor works as a liaison for candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process, responsible for relationship building, managing performance KPIs, and ensuring client delivery. Requires a high school diploma and 3-5 years experience in a relevant field.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry preferred
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills
- Process- and KPI- oriented
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude
