Job Summary
The Onsite Supervisor will act as a liaison for candidates during the recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and managing key performance metrics while building relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction
- Ability to conduct behavioral interviews
- Capable of problem resolution
