Job Summary
The Onsite Supervisor manages the recruiting, onboarding, and performance monitoring of candidates/associates, ensuring quality client delivery and candidate satisfaction at Adecco.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry
- Proven track record in customer satisfaction service levels
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills
- Process- and KPI- oriented
- Excellent MS Office and database skills
- Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships
