The Onsite Supervisor at Adecco will act as the liaison for candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with performance metrics. Key responsibilities include recruiting, maintaining candidate relationships, conducting interviews, and managing hiring processes. This position requires a high school diploma and 3-5 years of experience.
