Job Summary
Administer job postings across various systems and anticipate local talent market trends to implement workforce planning strategies. Attend to all candidate inquiries in person or online, providing accurate information on offers, job guidance, and development programs while conducting behavioral interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and client compatibility. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates, assisting with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching. Complete hiring and onboarding processes, extend assignment offers including compensation negotiations, and facilitate interviews with both candidates and customers. Perform second-level screenings ensuring adherence to all laws and regulations, develop executive summaries for resume submittals, and maintain updated records in the tracking database. Meet performance KPI and SLA metrics to ensure excellent client delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills
- Process- and KPI- oriented
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills
- Ability to learn new software
- Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks
- High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude
