Job Summary
Administer job postings across various systems and execute required recruitment and submission activity KPIs to ensure excellent client delivery. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates, assess qualification matches, and perform second-level screenings while adhering to all federal, state, and local laws. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates, assist with resume preparation, and facilitate interviews with customers including briefings and post-interview debriefs. Extend offers of assignment and negotiate compensation and bill rates, ensuring candidates are provided with correct information about Adecco, offers, and training programs. Maintain and update candidate records in tracking databases and develop executive summaries for resume submittals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills
- Process- and KPI- oriented
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills
- Ability to learn new software
- Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks
- High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude
- Second Shift availability
- Onsite location in Russells Point, OH
Desired Qualifications
