Job Summary
Administer job postings in various systems and conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options. Anticipate local talent market conditions to implement workforce planning strategies and build pipelines of quality talent. Maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while assisting with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching. Complete hiring and onboarding processes, extend assignment offers including bill rate negotiations, and perform second-level screenings ensuring adherence to all laws and regulations. Update candidate records in tracking databases and facilitate interviews with both candidates and customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills
- Process- and KPI- oriented
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills
- Ability to learn new software
- Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks
- High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred
