Job Summary
Administer job postings across various systems and conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates for placement. Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates while assisting them with resume preparation and interview coaching. Execute second-level screenings ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local laws, and complete hiring and onboarding processes according to client requirements. Develop candidate executive summaries and manage tracking database records to ensure accurate information flow. This role requires a high school diploma, 3-5 years of experience, and proficiency in MS Office and database management. The position offers an annual base salary range of $44,142 - $80,928 with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills
- Process- and KPI- oriented
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills
- Ability to learn new software
- Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks
- High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
