Job Summary
Administer job postings in various systems and conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while assisting with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching. Complete candidate hiring and onboarding processes, perform second-level screenings, and maintain updated records in the tracking database. Anticipate local talent market trends to implement workforce planning strategies that ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent. Extend offers of assignment, including compensation and bill rate negotiation, and facilitate interviews with candidates and customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills
- Process- and KPI- oriented
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills
- Ability to learn new software
- Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks
- High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
