Job Summary
Administer job postings across various systems and conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while performing second-level screenings to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws. Assist candidates with resumes and interview preparation, then complete hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client requirements. Extend assignment offers including compensation and bill rate negotiation, and maintain candidate records in the tracking database. Anticipate local talent market shifts to implement workforce planning strategies that ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent for future client fulfillment requests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills
- Process- and KPI- oriented
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills
- Ability to learn new software
- Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks
- High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
