Job Summary
Administer job postings across various systems and anticipate local talent market trends to implement workforce planning strategies. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates, assess qualification matches, and perform second-level screenings ensuring adherence to all laws and regulations. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while assisting with resume preparation, interview coaching, and offer negotiations. Complete hiring and onboarding processes, update tracking database records, and manage candidate pipelines for future client fulfillment requests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills
- Process- and KPI- oriented
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills
- Ability to learn new software
- Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks
- High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
