Job Summary
Full-cycle recruitment for light industrial roles in Aberdeen, MD, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and placement for positions such as assemblers, pickers/packers, forklift drivers, and machine operators. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, internal databases, and community outreach, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, maintain candidate pipelines to meet client demand, ensure compliance with employment laws and safety regulations, provide bilingual support (English/Spanish), maintain ATS records, and prepare recruiting reports.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume light industrial staffing or recruiting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficient with recruiting tools such as ATS, job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local labor market and workforce trends is a plus
