Job Summary
Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse and operational roles while conducting onsite orientations and onboarding sessions. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines, maintaining flexibility to adjust to shifting schedules and demands. Build strong relationships with new hires and ensure all hiring processes comply with company and safety policies. This role requires previous recruiting experience, a valid driver's license, and comfort working onsite in a warehouse environment.
