Onsite Staffing & Associate Relations Leader

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer operations supervision, processing work orders and recruiting, screening, and hiring personnel to specifications. Maintain applicant flow through the applicant tracking system and collaborate with Recruitment Marketing for job ad placement. Pre-screen, interview, and hire Associates while consistently orienting new staff to established standards. Administer company policies, process employee documentation, and lead incident investigations by entering data into ICI and completing corrective actions. Monitor timekeeping systems, audit safety compliance, and counsel employees for safety violations. Facilitate daily team meetings, resolve invoice non-payment issues with customers, and attend unemployment or workers' compensation hearings as necessary.
