Job Summary
Endoscopy OnSite Specialist supporting surgical teams with equipment readiness, troubleshooting, and procedural support. Duties include preparing and maintaining surgical equipment and disposable products, assisting operating room staff by anticipating device needs and providing timely equipment adjustments, documenting usage and monthly performance metrics, staying current on Stryker equipment and technologies, and delivering flexible coverage including rotating schedules, on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts. Requires the ability to travel to accounts within and outside the region, strong problem-solving and time-management skills, and proficiency with basic computer applications. Education and certifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent (with preferred Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent certifications) and HSPA/CRCST certification (required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually).
