Job Summary
OnSite Specialist responsible for in-room support of MIS and related procedures, ensuring optimal performance of Stryker equipment and integration with OR teams. Duties include setting up towers, confirming functionality, intraoperative adjustments, immediate troubleshooting, post-procedure breakdown, sterilization workflow support, and educating OR/SPD staff on product use. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with travel expectations and ability to work rotating/on-call schedules. Certifications: CRCST within 6 months; ongoing CEU requirements. Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to collaborate across clinical partners to maintain equipment readiness and compliant service delivery. Remote/field/hybrid/work-location flexibility provided with travel within/near the job location; role may involve coverage at other accounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0+ years of related work experience
- 0+ years of related work experience (e.g., OR technical support or surgical services)
- CRCST certification (required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually)
- Ability to travel and provide coverage at other accounts as needed, including occasional overnight travel
