Job Summary
Provides clinical surgical support by managing Stryker equipment during operative procedures, assists surgeons and OR staff with device needs, troubleshoots and maintains equipment, and ensures accurate data reporting and vendor credentialing. Maintains knowledge of equipment and disposables, educates physicians and OR personnel on new products, supports multiple shifts including on-call/overtime travel, adheres to HIPAA and facility policies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of service and timely problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- HSPA CRCST Certification within 6 months of start date and on time yearly renewal
