Job Summary
OnSite Specialist supports OR operations by setting up and optimizing Stryker equipment, troubleshooting intraoperative devices, and ensuring smooth collaboration between OR, SPD, and hospital leadership. Responsibilities include equipment setup and verification, in-room support for MIS procedures, post-procedure breakdown and restocking, reprocessing and instrument tracking in SPD, and coordination of service delivery across accounts. Requires OR experience, familiarity with MIS procedures, CRCST certification within 6 months, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel up to 10% with remote work options available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree or equivalent certifications preferred
- Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures and techniques preferred
- CRCST Certification within 6 months of hire (per Stryker and state legislation)
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to provide on-call services and travel as required
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
