Job Summary
Endoscopy OnSite Specialist responsible for preparing and maintaining surgical equipment and disposables, supporting OR teams by anticipating device needs, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring compliance and documentation. Role involves flexible coverage including on-call, overnight and weekend shifts with potential travel; requires knowledge of anatomy, instrumentation, and sterile workflow, plus ability to communicate with surgeons and staff, maintain equipment readiness, and stay current on Stryker products and technologies. Travel within and outside the region may be needed; formal training and certification in sterile processing may be required within 6 months. Home/remote work is available for portions of the role, with on-site coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0+ years of related work experience
- HSPA/CRCST certification (required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- HSPA/CRCST certification (preferred or required within 6 months)
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, or operating room environments
- Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation
