Job Summary
OnSite Specialist provides clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment and assisting OR staff during procedures. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Stryker equipment, maintaining knowledge of devices and disposables, credentialing and data- reporting accuracy, and providing information on products to physicians and OR personnel. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts, potential overnight travel, on-call duties, adherence to HIPAA and facility policies, and collaboration with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, and biomedical teams. Must be able to travel within assigned accounts/regions and work in a dynamic, high-stress environment while maintaining professional standards and data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
- CRCST Certification within 6 months of start date and annual renewal
- Operating Room experience or knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication; organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot in high-stress situations
- Ability to travel or provide coverage at other accounts/regions
