Job Summary
Onsite Service Technician responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of printers, multifunction devices, scanners, and related equipment in a client environment. Install and configure print/scan devices within the network, support print management software, respond to service requests with urgency, document actions and root-cause resolutions, and collaborate across shifts to ensure continuity of service and client satisfaction. Adheres to safety protocols and site policies; may require a valid driver’s license based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience servicing office technology, printers, or related equipment preferred.
