Job Summary
Coordinate field service operations for CX Alloy cases, track customer-reported issues, and manage service parts orders while coordinating with internal teams. Own case updates, escalate issues to engineering, warranty, or management as needed, and ensure proper documentation and follow-up. Process customer purchase orders for service parts, coordinate parts availability and shipment, and maintain accurate invoicing and documentation. Dispatch Field Service Technicians based on issue type and technician availability, coordinate with PSI on engine warranty-related issues, and generate CX Alloy case reports highlighting trends and areas for improvement. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding issue status, lead times, and service progress, ensuring CX Alloy cases are tracked and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum requirements of a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2+ years of experience in a commercial or administrative role
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or similar systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain accurate CX Alloy case records
- Experience in processing customer purchase orders for service parts
- Experience in a technical or field service environment (preferred)
