Job Summary
Onsite Senior Project Manager (Design) onsite withMarks client in Chicago, hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, subject to client policy). Lead brand design strategy, oversee project management from brief to delivery, maintain brand assets, present to stakeholders, and mentor internal PMs. Partner with Design Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality design solutions aligned with brand guidelines and client objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, status updates, resource planning, vendor coordination, and ensuring transparent communication with clients and agency leadership. Requires 7+ years in creative project management, aBachelor’s degree preferred, strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills, and proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and project tools (e.g., Monday.com). Location: Chicago, IL, USA; hybrid remote options. EEO compliant, compensation range $115,000–$125,000 USD annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Design Management, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of Creative Project Management experience in a design/creative agency environment
- Strong project management skills with hands-on program management and execution experience
- Ability to communicate, present and influence brand design strategy decisions credibly and effectively
- Experience in developing and delivering client-focused solutions based on business needs
- Superior organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to work extended schedules as needed to meet deadlines
- Proficient using Mac OS, and Microsoft Products
- Familiarity with creative workflows, asset management systems, and project tracking/routing tools (e.g., Monday.com)
