Job Summary
Onsite Security Coordinator responsible for daily security operations at active construction sites, serving as primary point of contact for 24/7 guard staff and General Contractor. Responsibilities include coordinating site coverage, enforcing access control, incident reporting, communicating with General Contractor and project teams, maintaining logs and incident documentation, managing onsite badging for contractors, conducting site walkthroughs, and supporting shift coverage. Requires strong organizational skills, reliability, customer-first mindset, proficiency with electronic access control systems, ability to work independently, and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks. 8-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in outdoor construction environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Site Security experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid security guard license as required by state/local regulations
- Clean background check and drug screening
- U.S. Citizenship
