Job Summary
Onsite Security Coordinator responsible for daily security operations at active construction sites, serving as the primary contact for 24/7 guard staff and the General Contractor. Duties include managing access control, incident reporting, site security protocol enforcement, coordinating with the General Contractor and project teams, maintaining logs and incident documentation, overseeing badge issuance for personnel, and conducting site walkthroughs. Requires strong organizational skills, reliable performance, customer-first mindset, and ability to work independently across rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficient in electronic access control systems and effective written and verbal communication.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Site Security experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid security guard license as required by state/local regulations
- Clean background check and drug screening
- U.S. Citizenship
