Job Summary
Welcome visitors, demonstrate home models and sites, and communicate floor plans and construction options to prospective buyers. Overcome objections and close sales by generating 50% of new prospects through networking and referrals. Document transactions, follow up on loan applications, and conduct weekly calls with buyers until closing. Maintain sales models and community cleanliness, update marketing materials, and host grand openings. Contact real estate brokers for presentations and utilize competitive market analysis to drive sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous sales experience
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
- Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to move about work location
- Ability to drive/travel as needed with valid driver's license
- Ability to walk up and down stairs
- Ability to observe details at close range and communicate information so others will understand
- Ability to transport and move up to 20 lbs
