Job Summary
Answer inbound phone calls regarding customer accounts and make outbound follow-up calls as necessary. Maintain composure in escalated situations while building customer relationships and earning their loyalty. Operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Candidates must be comfortable in a high-energy setting and demonstrate creativity and analytical problem-solving skills. Maintain regular, reliable attendance including the daily schedule as assigned, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and events. Must be at least sixteen years of age with high school education or above.
