Job Summary
Onsite Safety Coordinator at Martin Concrete Construction: field safety leadership on active construction jobsites, serving as a visible safety resource, conducting weekly inspections, leading toolbox talks and JSA meetings in English and Spanish, enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies, coordinating corrective actions with Superintendents and Safety leadership, ensuring PPE usage, documenting findings, and assisting with safety training and compliance. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), comfortable traveling between jobsites, and able to engage diverse crews in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) required
- Experience in safety coordination or construction safety
- Knowledge of OSHA standards
- Able to travel between jobsites
- Strong communication and leadership skills
