Job Summary
Monitor, scan, and process replenishment orders daily to maintain uninterrupted material flow for line-side chemicals and consumables in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Receive, verify, and distribute materials in accordance with customer specifications while operating hand scanners and inventory systems to update stock levels. Coordinate with internal and customer teams to resolve supply issues, support storage area organization, and ensure strict compliance with chemical handling standards and safety protocols. Safely handle and deliver supplies using pallet jacks or forklifts, inspect inventory for expiration and integrity, and report shortages or quality concerns immediately. Maintain accurate records, reporting metrics, and documentation while participating in site meetings and safety briefings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemical Handling, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or chemical operations
- Semiconductor or industrial environment experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, order processing, and material control processes
- Demonstrated ability to follow chemical handling procedures, wear required PPE and maintain a safety-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic inventory systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and customer representatives
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and follow-through on assigned tasks
- Flexibility to adjust schedules and priorities to meet customer demands, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Must maintain reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
