Onsite Representative-Chicago West

Manage daily operations by handling employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling while serving as the key point of contact between the client, branch, and onsite workforce. Support new hires through onboarding, orientation, and training, then build relationships with teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction and performance. Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate reporting in line with branch and client requirements while ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards and policies. This role is onsite in Chicago West and requires previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management, along with familiarity with the light industrial sector.
