Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end sourcing and interviewing for SaaS, Enterprise, and B2B IT Sales roles across US and European markets. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate screening to offer extension while maintaining deep familiarity with ARR, quota, pipeline, and deal size metrics. Leverage 10+ years of recruitment experience in IT/Software/FinTech to build strong stakeholder relationships and support hiring teams in Chennai, Siruseri, and Hyderabad. This role requires a hybrid schedule and supports Intellect Design Arena's mission to connect top talent with global sales organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong experience in IT/Software/FinTech hiring
- Expertise in SaaS/Enterprise/B2B IT Sales hiring
- Understanding of ARR, quota, pipeline, deal size, and revenue targets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting US and/or Europe markets
