Job Summary
Meet with your team to brainstorm new ways to attract candidates and apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community. Use creative thinking to stand apart and leverage people skills to find the right candidates for our opportunities. Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to ensure new hires can start work immediately. This role requires two years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably staffing, along with strong computer knowledge and the ability to manage stressful situations. Required Qualifications
- 2 years in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing
- Strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
- A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
- A Strong customer service focus
- Being able to manage your time and stay organized
- Conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's
