Job Summary
Onsite Recruiter at Cielo (Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Canaan, CT) focusing on full-cycle talent acquisition within manufacturing/medical devices markets. Responsibilities include leading job-scope meetings with hiring leaders, screening and evaluating candidates via ATS, developing sourcing and recruitment marketing plans, sourcing via resume databases and social networks using Boolean search, leveraging referrals, and using Cielo’s tools for talent campaigning. The role emphasizes candidate engagement, coaching for interviews, timely status updates, and collaboration with hiring leaders on offers, while ensuring compliance with OFCCP and related standards. Required skills include advanced Boolean sourcing, candidate management, configuring interview templates, and strong written/verbal communication; a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience are strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field is strongly preferred
- Minimum of two or more years’ recruiting experience
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
