Job Summary
Conduct daily reporting, surveying, quantity tracking, safety audits, material management, and project photo documentation. Manage submittals, RFIs, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor coordination, change management support, invoicing, document management, and cost control. Work onsite in Chattanooga, TN, with competitive pay, incentive bonuses, and 401(k) matching. Requires associates or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized, fully accredited program
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, grasp or crawl
- Must be able to frequently climb ladders/work at heights
- Must be able to balance/walk on uneven terrain
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to sit/stand for sustained periods of time (up to 12 hours/day)
- Must be able to speak/hear
- Must be able to work near moving mechanical parts
- Must be able to work in outside weather conditions
- Must be able to be exposed to wet, humid condition airborne particles
- Must be able to be exposed to extreme heat or cold
- Must be able to be occasionally exposed to vibration
- Must be able to tolerate very loud noise levels
