Job Summary
Ensure full compliance with Davis-Bacon Act, IRA labor provisions, and state prevailing wage laws by verifying worker classifications, monitoring apprentice-to-journeyman ratios, and confirming onsite wage determinations. Maintain daily workforce logs, cross-reference labor with payroll reports, and organize compliance files including CPRs, apprenticeship agreements, and correction records. Conduct labor interviews/audits, serve as the onsite point of contact for compliance matters, and coordinate with subcontractors and general contractors. Report on compliance risks to project management and support internal and external audits. Assist with onboarding new subcontractors and participate in project meetings to provide compliance updates.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Davis-Bacon, IRA labor provisions, or state PWA requirements
- Experience reviewing Certified Payroll Reports
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compliance tracking systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

- Experience in large-scale energy or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with apprenticeship standards and ratio monitoring
