Job Summary
Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities, perform mental status assessments, diagnose DSM-V disorders, develop treatment plans including psychopharmacology and non-pharmacological approaches, and staff clinical cases with psychiatrists. Eligible candidates are PMHNPs or FNPs with psychiatry focus or PAs licensed in Washington, who can prescribe controlled substances (DEA) and carry malpractice insurance if working as an IC. W2 or 1099 billable hourly roles available; geriatric psych experience preferred. Spanish language skills a plus. Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing as a PMHNP or FNP with a focus on psychiatry
- Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA)
- Possession of Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees)
