Job Summary
Direct apartment community operations by managing leasing, marketing, resident relations, and customer service while optimizing financial performance through expenditure control, income maximization, collections, and budgeting. Utilize property management software, Excel, and Word to maintain detailed records and ensure accurate financial reporting. Drive between locations to oversee multiple properties, maintaining a quality living environment for residents and positive relationships with staff and owners. Requires onsite residency, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and a valid California driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Community Manager of at least 100
- Required to live onsite
- Valid California Driver's License
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening
- Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service
- Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word)
- Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management
- Drive to different locations
