Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgical procedures in an outpatient rehabilitation setting to inform treatment plans. Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based techniques including manual therapy, exercise programs, and assistive devices. Utilize EMR software, particularly Web PT, to maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with facility guidelines. Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes, while mentoring new graduates and leading training sessions for patients and caregivers. Work with a diverse population including children, adults, and seniors with diagnoses ranging from orthopedic injuries to neurological disorders.
