Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, sports, and post-surgical conditions. Guide clients through tailored therapeutic exercises, stretches, and functional activities while administering modalities like electrical stimulation and ultrasound. Teach body mechanics and home exercise programs, then monitor progress by documenting improvements in range of motion and strength. Prepare treatment areas, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and support patients emotionally throughout their rehabilitation journey. Work onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for patient needs. Maintain ethical standards and safeguard patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical setting
- Current state license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist
Desired Qualifications
- Background in providing treatment across a range of patient populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly with a focus on personalized rehabilitation programs
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards in physical therapy
