Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations, then develop tailored treatment plans. Implement therapeutic techniques including exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices to enhance mobility and minimize pain. Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adapting plans based on ongoing assessments to ensure therapeutic goals are achieved. Engage patients and families by providing education on home exercise programs and safe device usage. Collaborate with healthcare professionals in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic care. Maintain current knowledge of physical therapy trends through workshops and conferences. This onsite role supports a diverse population ranging from children to the elderly, with a focus on sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including word processing and experience with electronic health records
- A flexible and adaptive approach to working with various patient needs

- This position is based onsite at our Lehigh Acres facility
Desired Qualifications
