Onsite Physical Therapist - Full-Time at Flex Well Rehabilitation

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical capabilities and limitations, then collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities while overseeing the continuum of care aligned with physician directives. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and lifestyle modifications to ensure understanding and compliance outside formal sessions. Efficiently manage caseloads and coordinate with staff to prioritize tasks and meet daily operational needs for diverse populations including orthopedic recovery and chronic pain cases.
