Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine rehabilitation needs for recovery from injury, disease, or surgery. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating exercise, manual therapy, and state-of-the-art equipment. Utilize evidence-based practices to assess, track, and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed. Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapy procedures and assistive devices. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions to align treatment with overall health goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge through continuous education and introduce new rehabilitation techniques to enhance care and clinic efficiency. Work Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current State License in Physical Therapy in New Jersey
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation
- Current CPR certification
- Flexibility, agility, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
